It was an extraordinary event, not least in that President Ronnie Floyd’s call to prayer for a new Great Awakening was met by 40% more than the total number of registered messengers, meeting together for three hours on a Tuesday night. That’s right, a three hour prayer meeting. And people were absolutely thrilled.
But it was more than that. A new format that came off without a hitch. A hopeful, peaceful air to the whole event. Unity.
It was everything we could hope for, for now. We hope and pray for much more to come.
