This is all way beyond wonderful and amazing, BUT, WHAT IS GOING TO BE DONE ABOUT THE VERY DESTRUCTIVE Jones Act. I don’t see anything addressing this terrible law that is hurting this country something awful.
Couldn't agree more, and it was my first thought when he brought up shipbuilding in the not-SOTU. Until we repeal the Jones Act, American shipping is going to be moribund, period.
