This is the day the unions (and thus the Democrats) died. Because without seas of union cash and “volunteers”, the Democrat ground organization shrivels like a raisin.

For reference: when Scott Walker did this to the obscene teachers union in Wisconsin, more than half the union quit in the first year.

Mandatory union dues for people who don’t want to join are the single most potent state-enforced funding mechanism for the Democrat Party. It’s not the only one. There are none for Republicans (duh), because Democrats used their near-monopoly power over Congress for 70 years to bake a thousand things like this into America’s legal and regulatory cake. That means, in this way and a thousand others, the state is subsidizing one party — with billions in tax dollars — out of the pockets of the other.

How Third World is that?

This ruling is real #DrainTheSwamp. It’s also the biggest #DefundTheLeft in American history. And you can thank Donald Trump, because without him it would never have happened.
